A particular favourite during the summer with a large glass of Albarino! From the deep yellow colour of the saffron to the oceanic flavours of mussels, clams, prawns & cod finished with lemon.

THE VEGETARIAN ONE
The Paella de Verduras is all the same lovely and deep flavours of the Paella Valenciana but we switch it up with some added chickpeas, artichoke, broccoli and cauliflower.
